Terms and Conditions
Return requests must be received within 7 days from the day the merchandise was delivered.
Drag Cartel Industries must receive the merchandise within 7 days from the date the RMA is issued.
All merchandise must be brand new and sealed in the original packaging.
You can send the merchandise back for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Store credit is minus 10% or $5.00, whichever is greater. Refund is minus 20% or $7.50, whichever is greater. Additional/express shipping is nonrefundable.
Store credit and refunds can take up to 14 days from the day DRAG CARTEL receives the merchandise.
Returns can be refused for any reason.
To request an RMA please email us with all of the following information:
• Order Number
• The merchandise you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Exchange, store credit, or refund
• For an exchange please include the new merchandise that you want
• At least two pictures showing that the merchandise is unopened and in brand new condition
Non-Returnable Items: special order, open box, fluids, exhaust silencers, gift cards, Hondata K-Pro and reflash, hoods, fenders, trunks, hatches, seats, seat rails, seat bases, engine internals, turbos, and wheels.
Received Different Item Than Ordered
If we shipped you the wrong item(s) then we will provide you with a call tag to send the item(s) back to us free of charge. Once we confirm that the item(s) have been picked up and it is on the way back to us, we will ship you the correct item(s).
We do ship to most countries in the world using UPS or FedEx. To get a shipping quote, add the items you would like to purchase to your basket and click on the "Express and International Shipping Quote" link. We ship every business day, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Our shipping cutoff is 2:00pm mountain standard time. Any in-stock order placed before 2PM MST will be shipped out the same day. Out of stock orders are shipped as soon as the product becomes available. If your order includes multiple items they may be shipped separately and at different times. Some items are drop shipped by the manufacturer/supplier. We will update your online order status with either a tracking number or an approximate date of shipment within 1-2 business days of your purchase. You will be sent an email with this information and you can also check your order status anytime through the order status section of the website.
