The Throtl x Idemitsu Lubricants AWD K-swapped Acura Integra was easily one of the standout Honda builds at the 2025 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. A joint effort between Throtl, Idemitsu Lubricants, and a lineup of top-tier aftermarket brands, the project combines a turbocharged K-series engine with a full AWD conversion to create a capable, track-oriented Integra.

When Throtl reached out about supporting the project, jumping on board was an easy decision. Bringing together some of the best names in the Honda community, we were proud to supply several key Drag Cartel components to help ensure the engine package could back up the car's aggressive appearance.

Engine Package

Power comes from a K20 assembled by Carlos at Prestige Performance in Puerto Rico, who made the trip to California specifically to help put this project together.

We supplied our Drag Cartel 002.2 camshafts, timing components, the Drag Cartel x K-Tuned valve cover, and several of our billet accessories. The 002.2 profile was chosen for its ability to complement turbocharged applications, providing the strong mid-range torque needed for responsive power delivery out of corners while offering plenty of top-end airflow to achieve the horsepower goal.

Supporting the engine package is an impressive collection of industry-leading hardware:

Induction & Fueling: Gato Performance billet center-feed intake manifold, Fuel Injector Clinic injectors, and a Radium Engineering fuel cell fuel cell integra

Turbo & Electronics: Turbosmart 6870 turbocharger managed by a FuelTech FT550 ECU

Cooling & Plumbing: CSF intercooler and radiator combo, Vibrant Performance catch can and HD clamps, along with Dyme Performance fittings and plumbing

stand alone ECU integraK-Tuned supplied additional engine bay and drivetrain components, including the throttle body, electric water pump, shifter assembly, shifter cables, and other supporting hardware. Tied together with Downstar hardware, the engine bay looks just as clean as it performs. On a conservative tune, the combination produces roughly 650 horsepower, providing a strong balance of performance and reliability.

Drivetrain & AWD Conversion

awd integra k-swap turboThe all-wheel-drive conversion is one of the defining features of this build, giving the Integra a huge advantage when it comes to traction and power delivery on the track.

Using an S1 Built conversion kit paired with Hasport motor mounts and a Jaguar rear differential, the Integra distributes power to all four corners to effectively put its power to the pavement. To ensure the drivetrain can handle the demands of track use, the transmission was upgraded with a PPG 1–4 straight-cut synchromesh gear set paired with a Competition Clutch twin-disc clutch.

Brakes, Wheels & Exterior

wilwood brakes integraWilwood brakes provide the stopping capability to match the car's performance upgrades, featuring 6-piston calipers up front and 4-piston calipers in the rear. For grip, the car sits on a set of Regamaster EVO wheels wrapped in Falken Azenis RT660 tires.

Visually, the exterior centers around a custom Idemitsu Lubricants livery that gives the car its distinct track-car appearance, complemented by a Seibon carbon fiber hood.

Summary

The finished Integra represents the combined effort of numerous companies throughout the performance aftermarket, with each contributor bringing their expertise to create a well-rounded, track-capable SEMA showcase build. We're stoked to have contributed alongside Throtl, Idemitsu Lubricants, and everyone else who helped bring this project to life on the SEMA show floor.
